About Our Challenge
Who's excited for the 4wing push up challenge this year? Who's ready to WIN!? 430 SQN of course!
This year, the 4wing Australian Air Force Cadets is joining (and obviously competing) with the Australian Army Cadets and the Australian Navy Cadets to raise money for Lifeline.
The Push-Up Challenge is all about raising funds and awareness for suicide prevention and mental health.
Come on 430 SQN, let's show the AAC and ANC who's better!
Supporting Lifeline Western Melbourne VIC

Lifeline Western Melbourne is one of the beneficiaries of this year’s The Push-Up Challenge. Together, Lifeline and The Push-Up Challenge, aim to raise awareness about mental health and the impact of suicide on Australians.
Funds raised will enable Lifeline Western Melbourne to continue providing their critical 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services, answer more help seeker contacts, and ensure any person in Australia who needs support knows where and how to find it.
