About Our Challenge
402 is taking part in The Push-Up Challenge. We are going to help shine the spotlight on the number of lives lost to suicide in 2023 and raise awareness of mental health. In addition, we are also taking part in a tri-service competition across the entirety of the Australian Defence Force Cadets - competing against other squadrons, Army Cadets and Navy Cadets, where prizes and bragging rights are given for the highest amount of donations and the highest number of push-ups. Supporting Lifeline Western Melbourne VIC
Lifeline Western Melbourne is one of the beneficiaries of this year’s The Push-Up Challenge. Together, Lifeline and The Push-Up Challenge, aim to raise awareness about mental health and the impact of suicide on Australians.
Funds raised will enable Lifeline Western Melbourne to continue providing their critical 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services, answer more help seeker contacts, and ensure any person in Australia who needs support knows where and how to find it.
