About Our Challenge
This June, we’re taking on The Push-Up Challenge—3,214 push-ups over 23 days (4–26 June) to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.
At FXM Life Architects, this challenge really hits home. It reflects what we care about—building strength, staying connected, and looking after our wellbeing, inside and out.
Mental health is part of that. It’s something many of us have dealt with, and support services like Lifeline can make all the difference when things feel overwhelming. They’ve helped people I care about—and I know I’m not alone in that.
We’re not doing this for bragging rights. We’re doing it because it matters.

Lifeline exists to ensure no person in Australia has to face their toughest moments alone.
Our crisis support services are available 24/7 to listen, without judgement, to any person in Australia who is feeling overwhelmed, experiencing crisis or longs to be heard.
Experience shows us it is through connection that we can find hope. With Australians struggling with cost-of-living pressures, increasing inflation, housing insecurity, global instability, and recovery after extreme weather events, our crisis support services have remained in high demand with our voice and text services receiving up to 4,000 contacts a day from help seekers. Our partnership with The Push Up Challenge plays a vital role in raising funds to support the delivery of suicide prevention and crisis support services at a time where we have never been needed more.
