Mental Health Doesn't Discriminate
We're taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing thousands of push-ups between 4-26 June to raise funds and awareness for mental health.
Our team is made up of a rag tag bunch of legends who all know our Team Captain, Kane Jackson.
The team includes bankers, wankers, founders, venture capitalists, journalists, newspaper editors, a topless waiter, a ballet dancer, architects, teachers, an ops guy & budding triathlete, personal trainers and more.
The age of our team ranges from 20 to 70, and showcases people of varying health, wealth & fitness, because mental health challenges do not discriminate. They can affect anyone, at any time, and in a multitude of different ways - just the same as how thousands of pushups will affect the lives of our team members in different ways!

Once again Lifeline Melbourne is proud to be part of The Push-Up Challenge, raising awareness for mental health and the impact of suicide in our communities.
Our dedicated volunteers answer over 30,000 calls to Lifeline’s 13 11 14 crisis line each year—providing vital support to people in their darkest moments. Funds raised through The Push-Up Challenge will help us train more Crisis Supporters and expand our education and training programs, giving individuals the skills to recognise and respond to those in crisis—whether that’s a friend, family member, workmate, colleague and anyone across the community.
Lifeline Melbourne has been part of the community providing vital support for over 55 years, and we’re committed to being here for generations to come.
