WHY SUPPORT THE PUSH-UP CHALLENGE

3,318 push-ups for 3,318 lives lost to suicide

Take on The Push-Up Challenge to help make a real difference to millions of young people living with mental health challenges.

Our Goal

Our goal is to help reduce the number of Australian lives being lost to suicide by increasing awareness of mental ill health in the community and raising funds for mental health.

45 per cent of Australians will experience a mental health issue at some point in their life

You may have had a personal experience with mental ill health or might have known someone going through a tough time. Get behind a cause that affects almost every second Australian.

In 2019, suicide was the leading cause of death among people aged between 15-44 years

Work as a Team

The Push-Up Challenge is a great way to promote fitness, mental health and community spirit with your friends and co-workers while raising funds for a worthy cause.

3,318 is a big number! If you think this is too much for you to achieve on your own, reach out to your friends, family or co-workers and create a team that can work together to accomplish The Push-Up Challenge.

Not only is The Push-Up Challenge a way to promote exercise as a part of improving your own mental health, but it's a great way to start a conversation with your friends and family about their mental health.

Register now and create a team to take on The Push-Up Challenge.
