The Pushies 2023

The innaugral Pushie Awards landed in 2022. This is a way for us to acknowledge some of the standout push-ups you shared on social media during the challenge. And we saw MANY. Here's a taste of some of our standout winners from 2023 - and to all of you who smashed out a push-up in whatever form - you are all champions.

This year’s ‘Pawesome' Pushie Award was signed, sealed, and delivered to this dynamic duo!

LA FAMILIA AWARD

Forget couch-surfing - Wes had the couch surfing him with the help of his fam. Wes carried his fam to nab the win of the 'La Familia' Pushie award in this video.

Henry was off to a flying start with his push-ups in 2023. The challenge had him bending over backwards to nail these impressive push-ups, earning him the ‘Jaw Drop’ Pushie Award.
