HOW IT WORKS
DAILY TARGETS AND FACTS
We'll give you daily push-up targets that relate to an important Mental Health Fact. You can track your daily progress and check out the facts on the app.
EVERYONE CAN PARTICIPATE
You don't have to be a push-up pro to participate. Substitute push-ups with sit-ups, squats or tailored exercises. You can also aim for half the push-up target.
REGISTER
Sign up and join us this June. It's free and simple to come on board.
SHARE
Start the chat with your pals now. Tell them you'll be recruiting and plan on pushing for better mental health. The more the merrier.
PARTICIPATE
During the Challenge, we'll share push-up targets and more on our free app. You can fundraise for one of our beneficiaries, too.
"I’m excited to be a part of The Push-Up Challenge to raise awareness and support for mental health. As someone who faces mental health struggles and understands the impacts of trauma, I am passionate about showcasing and sharing with others how to overcome our mental barriers in our daily lives."
